The Lordship Of Jesus Christ
Lordship pertains to the headship of Jesus Christ in the believer’s life. When one establishes his relationship with God through the Lord Jesus, such a person should, if truly born again, come to acknowledge the Lord Jesus to have the ownership and Lordship of one’s life since they have been purchased by His blood.—1 Corinthians 6:19-20
In Colossians 1:18, it’s very clear that Jesus Christ is the head of body which is His church (His called-out ones) and further, in all things to have the preeminence. This Lordship should be evident not only in one’s life but also in all declared institutions made up of His body who advocate that the Lord Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no man can come to the Father but by Him.—John 14:6

Therefore, IGM respects each local church as a part of the body of Christ which upholds the autonomy of Christ’s headship over each assembly. IGM exists to be an encourager, a help, and a partner by Together, Reaching the World for Christ until He takes His beloved body home to Himself!
