Dear Prayer Partners,

“I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now,” (Philippians 1:3, 5)

Greetings in the precious Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I hope this email finds you doing well holistically for the cause of Christ.

Sheilah, the children, and I are all doing well despite battling a variant of flu that has adversely affected our region this season. Almost every family in our church is affected by this flu, but we thank God for His grace and strength as all battle it. Early next month – July, I have my doctor’s appointment in the capital to ascertain my progress in response to the chemo treatment that I went through last year. Kindly pray for the provisions for our travel and for the many tests I will do in Nairobi.

Our church remains steadfast in pursuit of our mission statement, “Knowing Christ and Making Him Known ”. Through this, we have seen God’s blessing as our church continues to grow numerically and spiritually.

Our church construction has progressed well, and we just praise the Lord for His provision. Currently, we have just finished fixing glass on the windows. We are left with putting up terrazzo on the floor, painting, and plumbing work. Kindly keep praying with us that we are able to finish this project in due time.

We thank God for the Bible College classes going on at Tabernacle Baptist Church College. I teach there every Tuesday and Friday. What a blessing it is – learning the truth and sharing the same truth by preparing men and women to know God as He has revealed Himself in the Scriptures.

Prayer Requests:

  1. Pray for wisdom for us to serve Him according to His will.
  2. Pray for the construction of our church – we need 13,000 dollars to accomplish this project.
  3. Pray for the provision of my travel and medical tests in Nairobi early July – 900 dollars.
