NEWS FROM THE ANIKA FAMILY
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
The Anika Family greets you in the precious name of our Lord Jesus-Christ. We do hope that the present newsletter finds each of you in a very good health condition. We are doing good in His grace. We are thankful for your prayers and financial support.
Ministry is moving. Sunday morning services and Wednesday evening services run normally. The Children’s club activities resumed on September 11, after a two month break. The clubbers came back with excessive energy and difficult to manage. The attendance is good. New faces have shown up.
We are working hard to prepare to participate in a Bible Quizz event for the first Time. It will be on November 12. A membre of the quizz team visited the group last friday at the training session. He was impressed by the way the quizzers are reacting to the questions. The children were comforted and became more confident. We pray that the Lord be with them and strengthen them on the event day.
Our family is fine. However, some of us fell sick during the summer : malaria, high blood pressure relapses… The healing hands of the Lord took care of us. Your prayers too were helpful.
The new school year 2022-2023 has started this week of September 26. During the Sunday morning service, the preacher emphasized on the fact that our children should do their best to remain faithful to the Lord and always respond present to church services, no matter the school activities. They were encouraged to consider any thing they do as for the Lord (Colossians 3:23), works hard and count among the best.
We would appreciate that brothers and sisters prayerfully consider the following ministry needs: faithful members, land for the church, an additional ministry support, a computer and its printer. THANKS
May the Lord continue to be on our sides and strengthen our faith, till He comes. Amen !!!
God bless
Kossi, Agathe, Happy Joyce, Ariel and Hope Anika
